Nick is an experienced investor, board member, and company builder.
He was most recently the Co-Founder and President of Entangled Group, an investment platform and company incubation business which he sold to Guild Education, as well as an active investor and advisor to early and expansion-stage technology companies. He currently serves as a director of several venture-backed companies such as Staircase, Inc. and Pathstream, Inc. Nick is also a founding advisor to Volition, an AI-focused venture studio.
He was previously on the investment teams at General Atlantic and OpenView Venture Partners. At OpenView, he led the firm's investment in Instructure (NYSE: INST) and served on its board as an observer.
He graduated with a degree in History from Columbia University and resides between New York and Miami.
Craig is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and executive with over 30 years experience. Craig previously served as co-Chief Executive Officer at Reservoir Capital, which he founded in 1998. Reservoir focuses on patient capital and a flexible investment mandate to pursue long-term risk-adjusted returns. The primary investment objective of the group is to identify or create investment opportunities with asymmetric risk/reward profiles often found in areas experiencing fundamental change or scarcity of capital.
Craig's expertise extends beyond Reservoir Capital, as he cofounded ContourGlobal in 2005, where he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors until the company was sold in 2022. Prior to founding Reservoir, Craig was a Partner at Ziff Brothers Investments. Craig also has extensive Board experience, having served on the Board of Intrepid Aviation Group, Amerilife Group, and AB Resources Management.
Prior to his career in financial services, Craig served in the United States Navy as a nuclear engineer and a nuclear submarine officer. He holds a BS in Engineering Physics from Abilene Christian University and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Matt is an accomplished operator and investor with over 30 years experience. Most recently, Matt founded Zames Group, an advisory business focused on financial institutions and financial technology companies. Zames Group has advised multiple top 75 global banks, regional US banks, digital banks, and financial technology companies.
From 2018 to 2021, Matt was President of Cerberus Capital Management and Chairman of Cerberus Technology Solutions, where he had broad responsibilities across the firm's global platform. He led a number of operational and strategic initiatives including overseeing all investments in the financial services industry, growing the understanding and use of technology, data, and AI, and helping the firm identify and capitalize on new investment strategies.
Prior to Cerberus, Matt was the Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Operating Committee of JP Morgan. Prior to becoming COO, Matt held a series of senior roles including CIO, co-head of Global Fixed Income for the Investment Bank, and head of Chase's Mortgage Banking Capital Markets. Before joining JP Morgan in 2004, Matt held a number of senior roles at Credit Suisse.
Matt is a former member of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York's Investor Advisory Committee on Financial Markets, a former member and chairman of the U.S. Treasury Department's Treasury Borrowing Advisory Committee, and a former member of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York's Treasury Market Practices Group. He graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1993.
Mark has been a venture investor for over a decade, a managing director at two significant hedge funds, and has served tours as an entrepreneur.
Over the last decade, Mark spent most of his time focused on Advanced Technology areas, including quantum technologies, AI/ML, compute/chips, robotics, drones, space-based investments, vision systems, green-tech, and big data. He established Quantum1 Group to be a critical financial partner to the rapidly evolving community of commercially scalable Advanced Technology companies.
Mark also co-ran WorldQuant Ventures, the private investing arm of Millennium Management, where he led 25 deals and co-managed a portfolio of 70+ names.
Before WorldQuant Ventures, Mark held senior roles at Carbon6 Ventures, Harbinger Capital Partners, and Barclays Capital. Mark began his career in 1994 as an entrepreneur when he joined All Points Software.
Shaw has been investing in private companies for 20+ years across a wide variety of sectors, stages and investment strategies. He has extensive experience with minority and control investing and has supported his portfolio companies throughout various growth obstacles.
Most recently, Shaw was a Managing Director in the Technology Group at General Atlantic, a global growth equity firm with ~$100b in AUM, where he spent 12 years. During his tenure at GA, Shaw was also one of the founding members of the firm's Consumer Group, helping to grow the team to 15 people and deploying billions of dollars across multiple consumer categories.
Prior to General Atlantic, Shaw focused on software buyouts at Hellman & Friedman in San Francisco. He also invested across Technology, Telecom, Energy and Financial Services at Greenhill Capital Partners earlier in his career.
Shaw graduated from the University of Virginia and Harvard Business School, and resides in New York.
Drew has been in the financial services industry for 5 years. He was previously with Bruin Capital as a Senior Associate, responsible for identifying and executing new platform investments as well as assisting portfolio companies with financial and strategic initiatives. He also supported business development initiatives and investor relations internally.
Prior to Bruin Capital Drew spent 2+ years at Credit Suisse as analyst and associate. At Credit Suisse Drew worked in the Financial Sponsors Group of the Investment Banking Division, assisting private equity clients with leveraged buyouts, refinancings, dividend recapitalizations, sell-side processes, and Initial Public Offerings.
Drew graduated from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business with a Bachelor's of Business Administration.
Mike is currently the Head of Defense at Palantir, beginning the role in June 2024.
Prior to Palantir, Mike represented Wisconsin's Eighth District in the United States House of Representatives from 2017 to 2024. He served as the founding chairman of the Select Committee on Strategic Competition between the United States and China, as Chairman of the House Armed Services Subcommittee on Cyber, IT, and Innovation, and on the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. Mike was known for his bipartisan approach to solving national security problems, which resulted in receiving the Navy's Distinguished Public Service Award.
Prior to Congress, Mike served seven years active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps as a counter-intelligence / human intelligence officer, earning the rank of captain. He deployed to Iraq twice and served on General David Petraeus's Central Command Assessment team.
He earned his bachelor's degree from Princeton University and his PhD in international relations from Georgetown University. He is also a distinguished fellow at the Hudson Institute.

You have the right to request certain information about our collection and use of your Personal Data over the past 12 months, including the:
Deletion
You have the right to request that we delete the Personal Data that we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions under the CCPA: for example, we may need to retain your Personal Data to provide you with the Site or services or complete a transaction or other action you have requested, or if deletion of your Personal Data involves disproportionate effort. If your deletion request is subject to one of these exceptions, we may deny your deletion request.
Correction
You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate Personal Data we have collected about you. Under the CCPA, this right is subject to certain exceptions: for example, if we decide, based on the totality of circumstances related to your Personal Data, that such data is correct. If your correction request is subject to one of these exceptions, we may deny your request.
Exercising Your CCPA Rights
To exercise the rights described above, you must send us a request that (1) provides sufficient information to allow us to verify that you are either the person about whom we have collected Personal Data or are an agent authorized by that person, and (2) describes your request in sufficient detail to allow us to understand, evaluate and respond to it. Each request that meets both of these criteria will be considered a “Valid Request.” We may not respond to requests that do not meet these criteria. We will work to respond to your Valid Request within 45 days of receipt. We will not charge you a fee for making a Valid Request unless your Valid Request(s) is excessive, repetitive or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that your Valid Request warrants a fee, we will notify you of the fee and explain that decision before completing your request.
You may also authorize an agent (an “Authorized Agent”) to exercise your rights on your behalf. To do this, you must provide your Authorized Agent with written permission to exercise your rights on your behalf, and we may request a copy of this written permission from your Authorized Agent when they make a request on your behalf.
We Do Not Sell Your Personal Data
We will not “sell” your Personal Data, as that term is defined in the CCPA, and have not done so over the last 12 months. We also do not sell the Personal Data of minors under 16 years of age.
Personal Data Sharing Opt-Out and Opt-In
Under the CCPA, California residents have certain rights when a business “shares” Personal Data with third parties for purposes of cross-contextual behavioral advertising. We will not share your Personal Data for cross-contextual behavioral advertising, and have not done so over the last 12 months. If you are a resident of Nevada, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of certain Personal Data to third parties who intend to license or sell that Personal Data.
